Wynnchurch Capital, L.P. (“Wynnchurch”), a leading middle-market private equity firm, announced today that it has acquired Charter Industries, LLC (“Charter Industries” or the “Company”).

Founded in 1991 and headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Charter Industries is a leading provider of edgebanding and complementary products.
