AIRCO AIRMADE® Fuel Plant

AIRCO is bringing together the core elements of its innovative CO₂-to-fuel process into a single, fully integrated system. Supported by AIRCO’s $70M Series B capital fundraise, the AIRMADE® Fuel plant is designed to demonstrate how AIRCO’s modular technology can reliably convert captured CO₂ and hydrogen into synthesis gas which in turn is converted into optimized liquid fuel components for aviation and aerospace – laying the groundwork for future commercial-scale deployments.

The second stage upgrades those intermediates through additional processing steps to create an optimized jet fuel blending component. This continuous, integrated system demonstrates how AIRCO has combined its individual technologies into a single operational unit, representing a crucial step toward commercial scalability.

The AIRMADE® Fuel plant will enable AIRCO to conduct essential testing to validate that its fuel components meet rigorous industry standards, while also serving as a physical demonstration of the company’s broader vision for modular, mobile, and scalable CO₂ conversion technology.
