Cosán Group, a leader in delivering virtual care at home, today announced the appointment of Susan Gilmartin as President and Chief Operating Officer and Paul Bockmore as Executive Vice President of Sales.

Gilmartin brings more than 25 years of executive leadership in healthcare, technology, and private equity-backed businesses. She has overseen nationwide clinical operations, including networks of healthcare professionals delivering in-home care, virtual consultations, and call-center services. Most recently, she served as President at Momentive Software, where she led successful organizational transformation and growth.
