PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apr 9, 2026--

The Board of Directors of Northwest Natural Holding Company (NYSE: NWN) has declared a quarterly dividend of 49.25 cents per share on the Company’s common stock.

The dividend will be paid on May 15, 2026 to shareholders of record on Apr. 30, 2026. The Company's indicated annual dividend rate is $1.97 per share.
