ADM Declares Cash Dividend

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov 8, 2024--

ADM’s (NYSE: ADM) Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of 50.0 cents per share on the company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on Dec. 12, 2024, to shareholders of record on Nov. 21, 2024.

This is ADM’s 372nd consecutive quarterly payment, a record of more than 93 years of uninterrupted dividends. As of Sept. 30, 2024, there were 478,531,782 shares of ADM common stock outstanding.
