SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb 11, 2026--

Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE: A) today announced a quarterly dividend of 25.5 cents per share of common stock. The quarterly dividend will be paid on April 22, 2026, to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2026.

The timing and amounts of future dividends are subject to the determination and approval of Agilent’s board of directors.
