DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb 13, 2026--
Granite Ridge Resources, Inc. (“Granite Ridge” or the “Company”) (NYSE: GRNT) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share payable on March 13, 2026, to shareholders of record as of February 27, 2026. Future declarations of dividends are subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
Fourth Quarter 2025 Earnings Conference Call
Granite Ridge will report its financial and operating results for the fourth quarter of 2025 on Thursday, March 5, 2026, after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange. The Company will host a webcast and conference call on Friday, March 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. central time to discuss its fourth quarter 2025 financial and operating results.
