CHICAGO (AP) — CHICAGO (AP) — Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. (HSII) on Monday reported third-quarter profit of $14.8 million.

On a per-share basis, the Chicago-based company said it had net income of 71 cents. Earnings, adjusted for restructuring costs and non-recurring costs, were 72 cents per share.

The results surpassed Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 68 cents per share.

The executive search firm posted revenue of $282.8 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $278.6 million, also surpassing Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $267.6 million.

Heidrick & Struggles expects full-year revenue in the range of $255 million to $275 million.
