SHARON HILL, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov 24, 2025--
NuvemRx, a leading tech-enabled pharmacy service for community health providers, today announced the appointment of its first-ever advisory council and strategic rebrand to NuvemRx. These initiatives reinforce NuvemRx's commitment to creating an essential solution suite for community health providers (CHPs) working to advance their missions of providing comprehensive, affordable, and accessible care.
With community-based pharmacies playing an increasingly vital role in improving patient outcomes, the company’s name evolution reflects the team’s mission of bridging the gap between pharmacy services and care delivery. The advisory council is composed of executives from community health centers across the country, including The HealthCare Connection and Greater Philadelphia Health Action, Inc. The advisory council will help shape industry best practices for reimagining how pharmacy care is delivered in the community health center space.
“Based on feedback from our partners, we chose to invest in a clearer brand identity, but our mission to be a trusted source of support for CHPs remains the same,” said Scott Seidlmann, CEO of NuvemRx. “Beyond our name, this rebrand also presented us with the opportunity to deepen our connection to our CHPs. That's why we have launched our first-ever advisory council, to ensure our customers' voices and experiences remain at the heart of every decision we make as we move into this next chapter of growth.”
NuvemRx's inaugural board includes the following executives:
- Alan Chan, CPO, Petaluma Health Center
- Brian Clark, CEO, Greater Philadelphia Health Action
- Dr. Jolene Joseph, CEO, The HealthCare Connection
- Jake Becker, Managing Director, Public Health Management Corporation
- Jason Darrow, CFO, Amistad Community Health Center
- Marcus Freeman, CFO, Saint James Health
- Rachel Little, CFO, The HealthCare Connection
- Sam Rotunna, CPO, HealthSource of Ohio
- Tom MacDonald, CEO, Regional Medical Center at Lubec
“By working collaboratively with NuvemRx, this advisory council will ensure pharmacies remain a strategic and viable avenue for community health providers looking to expand their services and improve patient care,” said Brian Clark, CEO/Executive Director of Greater Philadelphia Health Action. “While the future of the 340B program remains dynamic, NuvemRx has established itself as a trusted leader, guiding CHPs with the confidence and clarity needed to navigate whatever comes next.”
Alan Chan, CPO of Petaluma Health Center, added, “Pharmacy today is about design, building smarter systems that connect high service level care, revenue-driving business, and tech-enabled innovation. I’m honored to join the CHP Advisory Council, which brings together leaders who aren’t afraid to rethink how pharmacy works, and I’m excited to help turn those ideas into reality.”
The news of the rebrand and inaugural advisory council comes on the heels of NuvemRx's expansion of its C-suite with a series of announcements this summer. For more information on NuvemRx and its services, please visit www.nuvemrx.com.
