Spotlight Energy Closes on Acquisition of PathPoint Energy

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec 11, 2025--

Spotlight Energy, LLC, announced it has closed its acquisition of PathPoint Energy LLC, a leader in natural gas trading, logistics, and asset optimization across North America. The combination significantly expands Spotlight’s commercial platform and accelerates its growth in core U.S. and Canadian markets. The PathPoint acquisition includes an expert bench of natural gas schedulers and traders along with a dedicated, experienced leadership team.
