Towson Tigers at Virginia Tech Hokies

BOTTOM LINE: Virginia Tech hosts Towson for the season opener.

Virginia Tech finished 19-13 overall with a 12-6 record at home during the 2024-25 season. The Hokies averaged 16.1 points off of turnovers, 9.7 second-chance points and 2.1 bench points last season.

Towson finished 8-11 in CAA play and 4-10 on the road a season ago. The Tigers averaged 59.2 points per game last season, 10.7 from the free-throw line and 15 from beyond the arc.
