The three-day event brought together a diverse mix of employees across departments, including Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Client Success, IT Development, and Solutioning, alongside talented university students, all collaborating to imagine and build the next generation of AI-powered solutions for the facilities industry.

In just a few days, teams developed innovative solutions advancing proactive and preventative maintenance strategies, keeping assets performing optimally and minimizing downtime.

Several of the prototypes demonstrated advanced agent-to-agent orchestration, providing real-time decision-making and oversight.

These prototypes are designed to help customers manage their programs more efficiently, keep revenue-generating assets operating longer and performing better, and drive down the total cost of maintenance across their portfolios.

Defining AI Leadership Long Before the Hype
