Jutca built her career at PwC, IBM, and Deloitte, where she led large-scale HR transformation programs for Fortune 500 companies. More recently, she has focused on middle- and upper-middle-market clients, guiding process and system optimization, organizational right-sizing, and M&A execution. Her track record includes leading carve-outs and stand-ups of HR functions spanning people, processes, and systems under transition timelines of four months or less.
