In this role, Schnicker will be responsible for overseeing product development lifecycle from early-stage grower-oriented discovery to solution design and commercialization. Schnicker joins Pivot Bio from Bayer, where he led multiple organizations focused on developing and deploying agricultural innovations across genetics, traits, crop management systems, and digital technologies, spanning both R&D and commercial platforms. Over more than two decades, he has driven impact across more than twenty crops and led global teams throughout North, Central, and South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
