Millrose Properties Announces Quarterly Dividend Payment

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sep 22, 2025--

Millrose Properties, Inc. (NYSE: MRP, “Millrose”), the Homesite Option Purchase Platform for residential homebuilders, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of approximately $121.2 million, or $0.73 per share of Class A and Class B common stock. The dividend will be paid on October 15, 2025, to shareholders of record as of October 3, 2025.
