CALLAHAN, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb 17, 2026--

DLP Real Estate Capital, Inc. A redevelopment of a previously operated 18-hole golf course and driving range, DLP Capital has reimagined the property to create a unique experience for families and golfers alike. Complementing the 9-hole golf course at Pine Royale is a full-service bar and restaurant, along with a covered outdoor driving range equipped with Trackman golf ball tracking technology. Coming soon is an 18-hole miniature golf course called Mini Royale, which is expected to open for public play in the next few months.
