LAKE FOREST, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct 2, 2025--
Today, ProRank announced that the company’s founder and chief technology officer (CTO), Michael Poko, has resigned from his position. Following the company’s recent successful merger with Goodwork, Poko cited his desire to explore other ventures while remaining on the ProRank board of directors as an observer.
“The ProRank team and I are extremely grateful for Mike’s vision and leadership over the past eight years,” said Adam Seyb, CEO, ProRank. “We wish him the best and are grateful that he is making himself available to the team through his transition.”
Poko co-founded ProRank in 2017 and served as the company’s first CEO and primary architect of the ProRank platform before moving into his most recent role as CTO.
“We see great potential in ProRank’s ability to address healthcare’s dire workforce crisis, which is why Caduceus recently reinvested in the company and continues our active support,” said Dave Vreeland, senior managing partner, Caduceus Capital Partners. “Mike has played a vital role in building this remarkable solution.”
As part of the changeover, Poko will exit his active seat on ProRank’s board of directors and take an observer position. Dave Vreeland will fill Poko’s former board seat.
