MELBOURNE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan 23, 2026--
The Board of Directors of L3Harris Technologies (NYSE: LHX) has approved an increase in the company’s per share quarterly cash dividend rate from $1.20 to $1.25 commencing with the dividend for the first quarter of the year, payable March 20, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 6, 2026. The dividend corresponds to an increase in the annualized rate from $4.80 to $5.00.
