In this role, Mr. Pavkov will lead Archimedic in helping companies to transform novel technologies into market-ready products that address unmet medical needs.

Mr. Pavkov joins M. Alexander Shaw, Ph.D., Archimedic’s CEO, to form Archimedic’s executive team. He has decades of experience in product design & development, with numerous awards, patents, and product launches attributed to him. Mr. Pavkov is a seasoned leader who has directed large multi-layered teams delivering world-class work for clients. He trained at Carnegie Mellon University, where he earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Product Development. He is passionate about creating compelling products and user experiences that positively impact people’s lives.

Aaron’s experience spans from fuzzy front end to product launch, bridges physical and digital, and includes many industries and markets. In his various technical and leadership roles over his career, he has taken dozens of groundbreaking innovations to market, from robotic devices for infants at 4moms to physical & digital healthcare products at Medical Guardian. At Archimedic, Aaron will leverage holistic, innovation-driven approaches to medical device development that guide clients from concept to commercialization.
