CAMBRIDGE, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug 7, 2025--
ATS Corporation (TSX: ATS) (NYSE: ATS) (“ ATS ” or the “ Company ”) today announced that all of the nominee directors listed in the management information circular dated June 18, 2025, as amended and supplemented by an Addendum dated July 8, 2025 (the “ Management Information Circular ”), were elected as directors of ATS. The vote was conducted electronically at the virtual Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which took place on August 7, 2025 (“ Annual Meeting ”). The voting results based on votes cast by shareholders present online or represented by proxy at the Annual Meeting are set out below:

The total percentage of ATS common shares represented at the Annual Meeting was 90.07%. Final results on all matters voted upon at the Annual Meeting will be filed on SEDAR+ and EDGAR.
Following the conclusion of the AGM, Michael Martino was confirmed as the new Chair of the Board of Directors for ATS, as was anticipated and outlined in the Management Information Circular.
