BUCHAREST, Romania (AP) — A new European soccer league for amputee players has kicked off in Romania’s capital. The European Amputee Football Federation inaugurated the Conference League in Bucharest. The tournament concluded on Friday with Maccabi Haifa FC of Israel winning against Scotland’s Ayr United, 4-0.
